Vercel

We host our website with Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133 Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit our website, Vercel collects various log files including your IP address. This is necessary to ensure the security and stability of the service. The use of Vercel is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable representation of our website.

3. Data Collection

Registration (Early Access / Waitlist)

    You can register on our website to secure a spot on the waitlist and create an account for future use of our SaaS product. We use the data entered solely for the purpose of using the respective offer or service and to inform you via email as soon as the full feature set (Dashboard) is unlocked.

    During registration, we collect the following mandatory information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Password (stored encrypted)

The processing of the data entered during registration occurs based on the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Cookies

Our website uses cookies or similar technologies.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies (Supabase Auth): Once you log in or sign up, our authentication provider Supabase sets a cookie/token in your browser to maintain your login session. This is technically necessary (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
  • Vercel Analytics: Used for performance measurement. Usually operates without cookies and with anonymized IP addresses.

4. Third-Party Tools and Services

Supabase

We use Supabase for database management and user authentication. The provider is Supabase, Inc., 970 Toa Payoh N #07-04, Singapore 319000 (and US subsidiaries). Your data (Name, Email, Password Hash) is stored in the Supabase database. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract).

Sentry

We use Sentry to monitor the technical stability of our application and for error analysis. The provider is Functional Software, Inc., 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. This helps us identify bugs and improve the software (Legitimate Interest acc. to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to measure visitor engagement. Provider is Vercel Inc. (see Hosting). Vercel Analytics collects anonymized data to help us improve website performance.

Note on Data Transfer to the USA

We use tools from companies based in the USA (Vercel, Sentry). We would like to point out that the USA is not currently considered a safe third country under EU data protection law. However, we strive to ensure an adequate level of protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or participation in the Data Privacy Framework.
