I am a Ukrainian legal scholar and educator with a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree (PhD) in Constitutional and Municipal Law. My academic interests focus on constitutional law, local self-government, human rights, and public administration. My professional background combines university-level teaching and legal research with 18 years of service in investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine. I have taught constitutional, municipal, and international law at university and police academy level. Currently based in Germany, I am working on my professional integration and developing my German language skills. I am interested in opportunities in legal research, teaching, and international academic collaboration.
